Beginning Journal Entries Ken Matthews I like things to be black and white. Yes or no. That's why I've been going crazy during this philosophy unit in history class. All we do is talk about questions with no definite answers. Until this karma thing came upm - now, that's a type of philosophy I can deal with. In fact, I'm going to start to apply it to my own life. It's petty simple - you just put out there what you want to come back to you. You know, treat others how you'd like to be treated, that sort of thing. Um ... I wonder if there's any way to fix what happened in the past, though. Because I just dumped Melissa. And I do not want that coming back my way. Conner McDermott In my "support group" yesterday we talked about toxic relationships and realizing your potential and cosmic forces - all of that Oprah-speak type stuff. Whatever. All I know is if there's any truth to that karma thing, I have a lot of bad things coming my way. Melissa Fox I can't believe we wasted an entire history class last week talking about Karma. Karma is bunch of bull. You - not some unseen magical thing - control what happens in your life. And you're seriously deluded if you don't get that. For example, the fact that Ken broke up with me is not some punishment for what happened between me and Will. It just happened. But I can tell you one thing - Ken is going to be sorry.
